Once Upon A Time...
When you ask a kid what they want to be when they grow up, not a single one will say they want to run a towel company. If they do they probably have some serious issues. So how did we end up here? Lazy Wombat was an idea born as a solution to a problem: towels kinda suck.
First-world Problems.
Beach towels are more neglected than a middle child. They don’t dry fast, they get covered in sand, they take up too much space but also aren't big enough to fit on, and most of all, they look like crap. Beaches are meant to be fun, so why aren’t our towels?
We're Not Gonna Sit In Silence.
So that’s what we set out to fix. An age-old industry in dire need of some Aussie zest. After months of blood, sweat and tears (ok it was really just sweat), we created a towel made for the beach, made for travel, and made for you. Welcome to the rest of your life.
