Our standard shipping option takes 3-5 days for most capital cities, and 5-7 elsewhere. Our express option takes 1-2 days in capital cities and 2-4 elsewhere. International shipping varies per location, but it takes approximately 5-12 days.

Yep, we can deliver to PO boxes everywhere in Australia. However our express delivery option is not available for these delivery addresses.

Our towels make the perfect gift for your mate, Mum or special someone. Unfortunately we don't offer gift wrapping services at the moment, but this is definitely something we are looking into! Either ship directly to the lucky person, or whip out that sticky tape and give it a go yourself. 

We get it, you got swept away with the brand and made an impulse buy but for some reason decided that now’s not the right time. Lucky you because you can send it right back to us within 30 days of purchasing for a full refund or exchange.

Refunds are processed immediately once we have confirmed receipt of your return. This means you’ll need to allow time for postage as well as for your financial institution to put your cash dollars in your account.

Wombats are durable creatures and so is your towel. Simply follow the instructions on the attached label, try not to set it on fire, and pray to it every night.

Sometimes it can be hard to say, but if you have a particular towel you’re super keen on, let us know and we’ll do our best to give you an accurate time frame. We often have a few more lying around just in case, so you might get lucky!

We don’t currently offer customisation at a smaller scale but are definitely looking into offering it in future. At the moment our minimum order size for a custom towel is 100 units. This is because of the fairly high setup costs for new designs. If you’re still interested, just get in touch! Or if you just have a design you really want to see, check out our design competition and maybe we might get it made!

We design all of our towels ourselves in Australia using all of our true blue zestiness. Our towels are then made by our lovely friends in China. We spent a lot of money and time in the early days making sure we picked the best manufacturer possible. 

That’s what we originally thought when similar towels started popping up in the market. Some of the alternatives out there aren’t so great, but we always made sure to create a product that we ourselves wanted to use. Our fabric blend is super absorbent and will leave you as dry as out the back of Bourke. Our towels are weaved with a ‘waffle’ structure, meaning you don’t get that weird feeling of more fibrous towels, but also not the plastic tarp feeling of some other options out there.

We don’t deny we push the boundaries with our designs and overall brand, but we love it. If you’re not a fan, no one is forcing you to hang around. Don’t spoil the fun for the rest of us.

We don’t physically bend over and plant a tree every time. We partner with One Tree Planted, an organisation that plants trees on our behalf using the funding we send from towel sales. At the moment, we're specifically planting trees in areas affected by the 2020 Australian bushfires. You can read more about them here.

We like to have a laugh about most things here at Lazy Wombat but sustainability is one thing we take very seriously. After all, how can we keep enjoying our towels and all their good vibes if we don’t first protect our beautiful beaches and environment.

At the moment, our main initiative is our tree planting in partnership with One Tree Planted. Every tree planted absorbs 48 pounds of carbon pollution every year, and provides enough oxygen for two people each year! 

As a young business, we're only just getting started and will continue to implement additional sustainable practices. Our key priority is investing in a sustainable recycled material blend that provides the same high quality towel.

If you can’t decide which design your mate or Mum will most vibe with, our gift cards are a great way to let them decide for themselves! Simply select one in store, choose your amount, and purchase it as you normally would. You’ll receive an email soon after with your gift card code, valid for 12 months, that you can then forward onto the lucky bastard. When they checkout, all they need to do is enter the code when prompted and Robert's your father's brother.

Any remaining gift card value is retained under the same code for the duration of the card’s validity. Next time you checkout, if the card only covers part of the purchase, this will be simply deducted after you enter the code.

Unfortunately we don't offer returns or exchanges on gift cards. Maybe give it a cheeky re-gift?
